    Healthy Chocolate DonutsIngredients3/4 cup white, spelt, or oat flour3 tbsp cocoa powder2 tbsp additional cocoa powder, or chocolate protein powder1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup mashed banana1/4 cup oil, or 1/3 cup nut butter of choice3 tbsp pure maple syrup, honey, or agave2 tbsp water1/2 tbsp white or cider vinegar2 oz melted chocolate (optional- for thinner sauce combine it with 2 tsp oil or pure maple syrup)Grease a donut pan or a mini muffin pan. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Whisk wet ingredients (except melted chocolate) in a mixing bowl. Stir in dry ingredients until evenly mixed (don't over-mix). Bake on the oven's center rack for 8 minutes or until donuts are cooked through and fluffy. Let cool at least 5 minutes before going around the sides with a knife and removing from the pan.
